Sapporo Spring Rolls
Choose either shredded Duck Breast or Pulled Jackfruit, wrapped in
light, crispy pastry with cucumber, spring onions and a miso teriyaki glaze

Steamed Gyoza
Choose either Chicken or Vegetable Dumplings, steamed over bamboo
and then pan-fried to perfection.

Sweet Chilli Prawns
Tempura battered King Prawns, served with a golden coating in a
rich & tangy sweet chilli mayo

Seared Sirloin Steak
Perfectly cooked Sirloin on a bed of grilled asparagus,
topped with a creamy mushroom sauce

Sushi L’Amour
Heart shaped Uramaki with Crab Stick & cucumber wrapped in
nori, sushi rice & Tobiko

Teppanyaki
Cooked in front of you on our sizzling teppan grill by our Sapporo chefs!
Dishes include sauteed potatoes, mixed stir-fry vegetables & egg fried rice.
